In the Autumn of the Year 2000, Mark Dominesey, Matthew Bailey, Lloyd Barnett, and Shawn Anderson organized and decided to construct a Mountain Bike Trail at Lost Water Farm.  As of November 28, 2000, there are approximately 2 miles of trail scouted with the potential to use 10 miles more of unused logging roads at the top of Pilot Mountain.  We are loosely organized and we hope to generate enough interest and recruit more builders to make this trail a viable alternative for bicyclers in the New River Valley.
